Visiting Holly Berry

On Friday I visited the studio of London based weaver Holly Berry to collect her amazing Love Blankets which we are now stocking in our shop - yes, in case you hadn’t noticed we now have a shop. It’s all very exciting. With the sun streaming through the windows (a rare thing in London) and brightly coloured yarns stacked up around the loom, the studio looked too good not to take a few photographs of. Weaving with Donna Wilson
and Ercol

You can always rely on textile designer Donna Wilson to bring a little warmth and colour to whatever she touches, and these designs, created for British furniture brand Ercol earlier this year, are no exception. Using her trusty balls of yarn, Donna has created colourful, woven versions of Ercol’s iconic windsor chair, stacking chair and love seat, as well as a new interpretation of their studio couch.
