TORAFU architects

I first saw the work of TORAFU Architects when they displayed their Air vases for French brand Virages in 2011 at Maison&Objet. More recently, they have designed this handy workstation and stool for Japanese brand Ichiro, a Japanese maker of decorative plywood.

Italian artist, architect and designer, Paola Navone was everywhere at Maison&Objet in January. It seemed that every single brand wanted to feature her signature style of vibrant, Mediterranean colours and painterly lines within their collections.

The pieces shown here for German porcelain brand Reichenbach were not new but were definitely some of our favourites from the show. Fish and Flower and Taste blue are just two of her six ranges for the brand.
