Sadly we didn’t make it to this year’s edition of the wonderful Stockholm Furniture Fair but we did manage to keep an eye on what was happening via trusty design bible Disegno.

One stand in particular that caught our eye was that of Swedish brand Asplund, who launched a new collection designed around the theme of ‘Sense of Space’.

The new launches include a new flexible shelving system called Proust by Mats Broberg and Johan Ridderstråle, a small wooden storage drawer called File by Jessica Signell Knutsson, a minimalist rotating mirror called Me by Mathias Hahn, the Swoon candlestick by Marcel Sigel and a selection of three new colorful rugs.

In addition, new models and sizes were added to Claesson Koivisto Rune‘s Kilt storage system series, which is now available in an elegant green called ‘copper oxide’ and a versatile shade of grey called “fog”.

A small desk with a drawer is now available as part of the Wallpaper* award-winning Tati collection by Mats Broberg and Johan Ridderstråle. Available in white or storm grey, customers can choose from a colour core laminate, veneer or leather desktop.

Inspired by vintage glass medicine cabinets, Anya Sebton and Eva Lilja Löwenhielm have extended their Frame line with a glass display cabinet framed in wood, MDF and metal. The cabinet joins the existing super minimalist Frame tables.
