As far as we’re concerned, French designer Inga Sempé can do no wrong. We’ve loved every project that she’s launched this year (or ever, actually), and these limited edition Vapeur lamps for Moustache are no exception.

Appearing like pastel-coloured clouds, the voluminous, pleated forms are constructed out of Tyvek and held in place by a lacquered metal base. The original version of Vapeur, launched in 2009, was made in plain white Tyvek, but the new 2012 limited edition versions feature swirling patterns made up of intricate, individual lines that add to the design’s feel of dreamy weightlessness.

A pendant lamp and two sizes of Vapeur table lamp are available. Prices range from 220€ for the small table lamp to 310€ for the large table lamp and the pendant lamp.
