OK so I know this is the second tilt-shift, time-lapse video of the week but this one is too good not to share. Keith Loutit and Jarbas Agnelli shot this film at the annual carnival in Rio de Janeiro last year capturing a unique view of these colourful celebrations. Somehow watching events unfold in in high speed and at a tiny scale makes the whole spectacle seem even more impressive.- A.Morris
