As a tea drinker myself, I am glad to see a new speciality store that’s giving tea the same artisanal treatment that coffee seems to have been enjoying in recent years. The newly opened P & T store in Berlin (standing for Paper and Tea) is a veritable paradise for tea connoisseurs. Not only does the store sell a wide selection of speciality teas and brewing tools, but they also stock a carefully chosen selection of paper goods too.

Camper stores by

Between 2010 and 2011, Spanish designer Tomás Alonso designed three Camper shop interiors for Mallorcan brand Camper. The stores in Glasgow, London and Genova all feature Alonso’s spot on colour and material combinations of neon brights and pastels, lacquer tubing and natural wood, and a clever tile system that can be used to create different graphic patterns and visual perspectives - they look particularly good next to the marble floor in the Genova store.

As London Design Festival officially began yesterday, we should probably be out and about checking out the latest events and launches across the city. However, no one needs all of that hysteria on a weekend and there is plenty of time for that tomorrow; Sunday’s are all about relaxing.
