If it’s a room with a view that you want, then these cabin rooms at the Elqui Domos eco-resort in Chile should do nicely. Introduced as part of the resort’s recent overhaul by Santiago-based architect Rodrigo Duque Motta of RDM Arquitectura, the four cabins recreate the feel of lying beneath the stars.
Placed between the vast vegetation of the valley and the harsh, dry mountain overhang, the cabins are raised above the ground ensuring that their roof decks and glass ceilings take in the amazing surroundings and incredible night sky from the best possible vantage point.
