I’ve been relaxing this long weekend and catching up on movies in my much neglected queue. One of which was Bill Cunningham New York, the documentary about the original on-the-street photographer, who still has an all-important trends column in the New York Times. The story of Bill Cunningham’s career is one of diligence, kindness and a passion for fashion, style and trends that is so rare and inspiring that it’s official: I’ve fallen deeply in love.

Honestly, I think this is required viewing for anyone working in fashion, trends, photography, design, food, New York, London, Paris, life.
