In 2008 construction began on the 2012 Olympic Park in London which has seen a former industrial site in east London transformed in to 200 hectares of Olympic Parkland. These birds eye view photos by British photographer Giles Price document the mammoth development and allow us to appreciate the sheer scale of the operation. In Price’s own words this new perspective “allows us to look down on ourselves and reminds us of a reality that we are not aware that we are involved in.”
